I created the image for Content Aware Brewing as a response to the saturated nature of the RVA craft beer industry, and so it was only natural that I made a brand identity founded on disruption. This identity hearkens back to the nature of prohibition in the 1920s, and it is typified by a campaign composed of a flashmob of 'badass' historical figures, all serving under a nameless 'Mobster' to market my first beer, the Flashmob India Pale Ale.

Further disruption is at play with my inclusion of teasing future CBD and THC infused beers, not as a practical future that I fully expect to occur, but to foment commentary on how the nature of marijuana legalization will integrate with the craft beer industry, as well as we how can avoid recreational drugs' past of predatory marketing like we've seen with Juul, Camel, and Four Loko. In turn, we lobby individuals to be "Content Aware" of the changing recreational drug landscape.
